After working through the pandemic in education, being peri-menopausal and looking after a family I had reached some kind of burn out and I was only just hanging on. My anxiety was at an all time high and emotions all over the place. I didn’t want to take any kind of medication so looked into some alternatives. When I saw that Rachel was offering shiatsu I felt I had nothing to lose by giving it a go.
After my very first session there was a huge emotional release and with every session after I felt my anxiety lessening. I felt instantly at ease with Rachel who couldn’t have been more understanding.
